Bette Midler - The Rose

　　關於Bette Midler大姊，第一次我聽見她的歌是以前高中讀空英，介紹了她的Wind Beneath My Wings，實在覺得好聽又感人。後來又在當時才有的電視台ＴＶＴＩＭＥ看見她的電影「情比姊妹深」，故事有夠煽情，不過的確讓年少的我被騙了幾滴淚水。後來陸陸續續又聽到她唱其他歌，如Glory of Love啦，The Rose啦，都是催人熱淚代表作。我喜歡她的聲音不是那麼漂亮的，有點滄桑有點沙啞，唱抒情曲的時候還有些無奈。



The Rose算是最常被翻唱的歌之一，至少我就聽了五種以上的不同翻唱版本。真可怕。不過也足見此歌的魅力。
